Go away summer! Bring on fall.

I'm so over summer.

I remember the kid days when summer was oh! so! fun! But now I loathe when May rolls around.

It's not as hot as last year (thank Heaven!), but it's still too hot to be outside for too long, which sucks the big one because I have an almost two year old that wants to be outside all the time.

I've tried to get creative and distract her inside, but some days I just have to suck it up and go out.

Speaking of wishing summer was over, I am SO ready for fall!

The first promos for the 2012-13 football season have started airing and I could not be more giddy.

Football makes me smell the fall air for some reason. Every time I think about football, flashes of fall leaves, jackets, Halloween and thanksgiving stream through my head like a little movie. I just love it.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.
