Since it looked like this yesterday…
We had to play inside. I hate it because Phoebe LOVES being outside and we usually at least get out and swing once a day.
I would like to take her to an indoor park or something but a. I don't have a car since Charlie takes it to work and b. I'm a huge germaphobe. The thought of her crawling around on equipment that kids have touched after coughing on it or wiping their boogers on it makes me cringe.
I know, I'm weird. I mean, I have let go before and let her play at the park, but I make sure to wash her hands when we gets home.
But I digress.
So since it was rainy yesterday, I pulled out all of her toys, both new and old, poured them in a laundry basket and let her go to town pulling things out and watching her remember those old weeble wobbles that she hasn't seen in months.
It was pretty fun, but I'm hoping for some sunny weather soon. Kid loves to swing.
I hated the rainy day too and feel the exact same way about indoor playgrounds and germs!! I feel like I use her hand sanitizing wipes way too much but I can't help it!
