As I was looking through photos for Phoebe's 23 month post the other day, I noticed something really sad.
Each month of her first year had literally thousands of pictures to look through to pull just the right photo of what I wanted.
As I went through photos of about January of this year on, the number of photos got smaller and smaller.
We're half way through August and do you want to know how many photos I've taken this month? (Patiently waiting for iPhoto to load. Seriously, what is up with this update? It runs SO slow now!) 128. OH.MY.GOSH. BECKY.
Now there are a ton of instagram pictures of this girl, but not whipping out my real camera is just so so bad. Mommy fail major.
So I'm making a goal for the rest of the month to take out that Nikon at least 3 times a week and get some good shots of my girl.
Because let's face it, this is her last month of being a one year old and I need to start capturing it for real.
Not to mention, mommy is still learning the camera and needs to get some serious practice in.
Everyone have a good weekend, and if you can, snap some shots with your big camera this weekend mmmk?
