I decided it's time this whole weight loss thing clicks in my head.
I'm so tired of seeing pics of myself and feeling so embarrassed.
I'm tired of wearing size large shirts and size 14 jeans.
It's just time for that change.
I'd like to rejoin WW and actually follow the program this time, but for now I will work with spark people and track everything that I eat and be aware of how much I'm eating.
Exercise is going to be interesting. I did a circuit training workout last night and felt super sick afterward for about 2 hours. I suppose my body just needs to get used to it.
It's just time. My goal is 50 pounds in a year.
I'm hoping if I blog this weight loss stuff that I'll be held more accountable. So yeah.

Awesome! Jack is working on losing weight, too, and I'm starting up 100 pushups/200 squats (hundredpushups.com)so I'm not such a scrawny weakling. :) You can do it!
