Phoebe's First Birthday Party!

Phoebe's first party was a blast! We had it out at KidsView park (which is really close to us) and the weather couldn't have been better! We ran out, decorated, sang Happy Birthday, had cake, opened presents and said goodbye.

Phoebe loved her smash cake! She just kind of picked at it and took a couple of nibbles, but I think she liked that squishy icing.

The decor came out EXACTLY as I envisioned it and I couldn't have been more thrilled. Charlie made the cake (yes he is awesome!), cupcakes, and the smash cake.

All of my labels, banners and party bag tags came from a great Etsy shop called DimplePrints. The party packages on there are fantastic and I'm so glad we chose this adorable monkey theme!

The streamers were sewn together and ruffled. That idea came from Dana on her MADE by Dana blog. I also bought the tutorial there to make Phoebe's skirt (it's totally adorable, right?).

Thank you to everyone who came, you are all so generous and loving. It was a great day!
